Dog Sizes
Please book the correct size for your dog based on our price chart*. You will be charged based on the size of your dog not what you booked.
Matted Dogs:
Please note matting incurs additional fees, from $30 upwards depending on the severity.
Appointment Times:
Please note that appointment time allocated is for the groom only, as the booking system only allows for this, please allow for a minimum of 2 hours. We work hard to keep to a timely schedule, however we are working with animals and we cannot predict their behaviour, also if clients arrive late or with matted dogs, this can push our whole schedule out. Please mention to the person checking you in if you require your dog back by a certain time.
THE REGAL GROOM
(FULL GROOM)

- Ears
- Foot Pad shave

Our price is dependant on coat condition and the required length. The more prep work and fluff drying required, the more the groom will cost. Generally with curly coats, keeping them long will cost more due to the timely prep work required.
THE PAMPER GROOM
(MINI GROOM)
1-2.5 hours

Show your best friend some love with a package that includes all the essentials:
- Bath, dry, brush
- Nails
- Ears
- Foot Pad shave and feet tidy
- Face tidy
- Hygiene clip

This is a great groom to have between full grooms, as it keeps your dogs coat in a great condition and your dog looking and smelling great.
BATH & BRUSH
1-1.5 hours

Please note that this does not include deshedding. For double coated dogs, please book the full Regal groom

FIRST TIME PUPPY GROOM
From $75

Setting your pup up for his or her regular grooming schedule, helps to make sure they become familiar with the experience and build a relationship with the groomer.
For pups we recommend a minimum of 2-3 puppy grooms before booking the Regal groom. Pups need to be fully vaccinated (a minimum of 7 days post final vaccine), please bring vaccination booklet with

Regal Pet Sitting
Boarding in a familiar home environment helps dogs feel more at ease while their owners are away. Regal's pet sitting service is tailed to offer the highest level of care and attention, personalised to each client's needs (and their owners.)

Regal Pet Sitting Includes:
- Dedicated care and attention exclusive to one dog or two dogs from the same family.
- Your pup is never left unattended.
- Fully fenced and 100% dog friendly home.
- Daily walks and or visits to dog parks.
- Kerry is certified in Pet First Aid, and capable of supporting any ongoing medicine routines as prescribed by your Vet.
- For your peace of mind, your dog is allocated their own Apple Tracking device on arrival.
- Daily updates including photographs sent direct to your phone (frequency can be customised.)

As a life-long pet lover and dedicated professional, Kerry, the founder of Regal Pets, brings a wealth of experience and a profound passion for dogs. With a history rooted in animal care dating back to 2015, Kerry's journey from running a Pit Bull Animal Shelter to achieving International Professional Groomer certification is testament to her continued dedicated to support both pets and their owners.

Guada Sierpes: Senior Groomer, Salon Lead & Master Dog Behaviour Specialist
Meet Guada, a dedicated dog groomer who turned her love for canines into a rewarding career. In 2022, she entered the world of dog grooming and earned her certification in salon proficiency through the National Dog Groomers Association of New Zealand. Her journey continued as she became a Master Groomer Behavior Specialist, specializing in helping dogs who struggle with grooming. Guada’s recent achievement includes passing her Terrier group exams as part of the Master Groomer of NZ program.

Rachael Smith: Senior Dog Groomer
Meet Rachael, a Senior Dog Groomer who started who started her grooming journey over 2 years years ago in Hartpury England, where she earned her qualification in dog grooming, in addition to a certificate in Veterinary Nursing. Rachael has quickly established herself as a trusted and caring groomer, and a valued member of the Regal team.

Aimee Christensen: Senior Dog Groomer
Meet Amie, a highly experienced dog groomer who has been crafting quality grooms in the Wellington industry for over 9 years.
