Service Description
Our hand stripping includes: - Full Handstrip - Bath, blow dry and brush - Nails clipped - Ears cleaned - Feet tidy up Please note the price quoted is "from". Additional fees will be charged on stripping that takes longer than usual.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy. We understand that unforeseen things happen at short notice which may prevent you from being able to make your dog’s appointment. However, we roster our staff based on bookings. Therefore if you cancel your appointment or do not arrive on the day of your scheduled booking, you will be liable for 100% of the cost of your appointment. If you cancel the day before prior to 3pm there will be a 25% fee due. You will not be able to rebook until this fee is paid.
