Service Description

Our mini groom includes: - Bath, blow dry and brush - Nails clipped - Ears cleaned - Paw pads shaved - Hygiene clip Please note if your dog is matted, we cannot do a pamper groom, and a full groom will need to be booked. If your dog is double coated, please book the full groom.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy. We understand that unforeseen things happen at short notice which may prevent you from being able to make your dog’s appointment. However, we roster our staff based on bookings. Therefore if you cancel your appointment or do not arrive on the day of your scheduled booking, you will be liable for 100% of the cost of your appointment. If you cancel the day before prior to 3pm there will be a 25% fee due. You will not be able to rebook until this fee is paid.
