The Regal Groom: Extra Large

Service Description

Our full groom includes: - Bath, blow dry and brush - Nails clipped - Ears cleaned - Paw pads shaved - Hygiene clip - Coat clipped - Feet, body and head scissored to owners specification The price is dependent on prep work required. A coat that needs to be left longer requires fluff drying and more scissor work. The start price is for a shorter cut (between 3mm and 9mm), whereas the higher price is for a longer left coat (from 10mm upwards left on the coat). Please note matted dogs incur an additional fee (minimum $60). Additional charges might be applicable based on dog temperament, size and any special requirements e.g. hand scissoring, longer comb attachments, breed specific styles.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy. We understand that unforeseen things happen at short notice which may prevent you from being able to make your dog’s appointment. However, we roster our staff based on bookings. Therefore if you cancel your appointment or do not arrive on the day of your scheduled booking, you will be liable for 100% of the cost of your appointment. If you cancel the day before prior to 3pm there will be a 25% fee due. You will not be able to rebook until this fee is paid.
