Service Description

Setting your pup up for his or her regular grooming schedule, helps to make sure they become familiar with the experience and build a relationship with the groomer. For pups we recommend a minimum of 2-3 puppy grooms before booking the Regal groom. Pups need to be fully vaccinated (a minimum of 7 days post final vaccine), please bring vaccination booklet with. Pricing is based on sizing. ​ This package includes: - Bath, dry, brush - Nails - Foot Pad shave and feet tidy (if pup is ready for this step) - Face tidy - Hygiene clip (if pup is ready)

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy. We understand that unforeseen things happen at short notice which may prevent you from being able to make your dog’s appointment. However, we roster our staff based on bookings. Therefore if you cancel your appointment or do not arrive on the day of your scheduled booking, you will be liable for 100% of the cost of your appointment. If you cancel the day before prior to 3pm there will be a 25% fee due. You will not be able to rebook until this fee is paid.
